The full-length NITROFOAM midsole uses a dual-density construction, combining a cushioned core with a firmer outer rim. This creates a comfortable underfoot feel while helping guide the foot through each stride.
PUMA's RUNGUIDE system combines the dual-density midsole with added heel support to encourage a stable running motion. An engineered mesh upper provides breathable comfort, while strategically placed PWRTAPE enhances lockdown and support around the foot.
Underfoot, the durable PUMAGRIP rubber outsole provides dependable traction across a variety of road surfaces. With an 8mm drop and supportive platform, the ForeverRun NITRO 3 is designed for overpronating runners building consistent daily kilometres.
