Is it free to join The Running Company Rewards program?
Yes. The Running Company Rewards are completely free to join.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases with The Running Company.
How do the Rewards levels work?
Your Rewards level is based on your eligible spend over the previous 12 months. Reach spend milestones of $500, $750, $1,000 and $1,500 to unlock rewards.
When do I unlock a reward?
Rewards are unlocked when you reach the required spend and points milestone for each Rewards level.
What rewards can I unlock?
Unlock a $20 reward at 500 points, a $40 voucher at 750 points, a $75 reward at 1,000 points and a $150 reward at 1,500 points.
How does Refer a Friend work?
Find your unique referral link in your customer portal and share it with a friend. When they sign up, they’ll receive a $10 voucher. You’ll earn 150 points when they make their first purchase.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Your points will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Earning or redeeming points resets your 12-month expiry period, helping keep your existing points balance active.
Do my reward vouchers expire?
Yes. Once you redeem your points for a reward voucher, the voucher will expire 180 days after it is claimed.
Where can I use my rewards?
Rewards can be redeemed both online and in-store at The Running Company.
Can I use my reward on clearance items?
Yes. Rewards can be redeemed on clearance items.
Where can I see my points balance?
Sign in to your account to view your current points balance and Rewards information.
How does free shipping work when using a reward?
If the items in your cart total over $200 before applying your reward voucher, you will qualify for free shipping. Your voucher then reduces the amount you pay.
