Stable, flexible and ready for everything from heavy lifts to high-intensity sessions, the Women's Altra Solstice XT 3 is a versatile cross-training shoe designed to keep you connected to the ground while allowing natural movement.

A low 23mm platform uses high-abrasion EVA cushioning to provide a firm, stable base for strength work without sacrificing comfort. Altra's 0mm heel-to-toe drop keeps the heel and forefoot level, creating a grounded feel that's well suited to squats, deadlifts, functional training and gym sessions.

An updated breathable mesh upper is reinforced by a new A-frame quarter panel designed to add stability during lateral movements. Redesigned overlays provide extra protection, while a padded heel collar enhances comfort and helps keep the foot secure through dynamic exercises.

Underfoot, an athletic rubber outsole provides durable traction while Altra's Standard FootShape fit combines a secure midfoot with extra room through the forefoot for natural toe movement. Lightweight and versatile, the Solstice XT 3 is equally at home in the gym, during conditioning sessions and on everyday walks.
