Each capsule provides 314mg of electrolytes, including 190mg sodium, 53mg potassium, 50mg chloride, 14mg calcium and 7mg magnesium. The zero-sugar, zero-calorie formula makes it easy to manage electrolyte intake separately from gels, sports drinks and other carbohydrate sources.
