Each 50g gel contains 30g of carbohydrate using a dual-source 1:0.8 glucose-to-fructose ratio. By utilising both the SGLT1 and GLUT5 transport pathways, the formula supports higher carbohydrate absorption and oxidation rates than traditional single-source gels. Added sodium helps activate glucose transport, while a pectin-based texture creates a smoother consistency that is less sticky and designed to be gentler on the stomach.

The low-osmolarity formulation helps reduce fluid draw into the gut, lowering the risk of bloating, cramping and nausea during prolonged or high-intensity exercise.
