Lightweight GORE-TEX Invisible Fit is bonded directly to the upper, helping keep water out while maintaining breathability and flexibility. The streamlined construction provides protection from wet conditions without the bulky feel of a traditional waterproof upper.

TrailAdapt Technology combines a broad support base with flexibility in key areas and adaptable lugs to help the shoe respond to uneven terrain. An additional 4mm of nitrogen-infused DNA FLASH v2 cushioning delivers balanced comfort and protection across rocky, technical trails.

Underfoot, a Vibram Megagrip outsole uses 4mm lugs and Traction Lug technology to provide reliable traction across wet and dry surfaces. Whether you're heading out for a trail run, hike or all-weather adventure, the Cascadia 20 GTX is designed to keep you comfortable, stable and confident.
