TrailAdapt Technology uses a broad support base, flexibility through key areas and adaptable lugs to help the shoe respond naturally to uneven ground. An additional 4mm of nitrogen-infused DNA FLASH v2 cushioning provides greater comfort and protection underfoot.

The soft, breathable air-mesh upper features durable 3D overlays through high-wear areas. A protective toe cap and mudguard provide added coverage against rocks, roots and trail debris while maintaining a comfortable, trail-ready fit.

Underfoot, the Vibram Megagrip outsole combines 4mm lugs with Traction Lug technology for exceptional grip across wet and dry surfaces. With balanced cushioning and a stable 6mm drop, the Cascadia 20 is ready for everyday trails, technical terrain and longer hiking adventures.
