Bringing more bounce and flexibility to fast training, the Men's ASICS Sonicblast 2 is a high-cushion performance trainer designed to feel energetic through tempo sessions while remaining comfortable and stable enough for everyday kilometres.

The two-layer midsole combines FF TURBO SQUARED cushioning through the upper layer with FF BLAST MAX underneath, creating a responsive balance of bounce, impact absorption and support. An additional FF TURBO SQUARED trampoline pod beneath the forefoot enhances the springy sensation as you transition into toe-off.

A redesigned forked ASTROPLATE sits within the midsole to encourage forward propulsion while allowing greater flexibility through the forefoot than a more traditional plated construction. Combined with a more stable heel platform, the result is a smoother and more accessible plated ride across a wider range of training paces.
