Designed for convenient endurance fuelling on the move, the Maurten Gel Mix Flask 350 ml is a soft flask made specifically for preparing, carrying and consuming Gel Mix 480 during training and racing.

When used with Gel Mix 480, the flask allows you to carry up to 120g of carbohydrates in a compact format. Its 350ml capacity fits easily into a running vest, waist belt or back pocket, making it a practical option for long-distance running, cycling and endurance events.

The SpeedFill screw cap opens quickly for fast refills, while the bite valve makes it easy to fuel without stopping—even across gravel, trails and technical terrain. The wide opening is shaped to fit the Gel Mix 480 sachet directly into the flask, helping reduce spills during preparation.

To prepare, fill the flask to the marked line with 200ml of water, add any preferred Maurten Addition, pour in the Gel Mix 480 sachet and shake vigorously. Allow the mixture to rest for five minutes before consuming.
