Designed for long-duration training and racing, Maurten Gel Mix 480 provides a high-carbohydrate fuelling solution in a flask-friendly hydrogel format. Each sachet delivers 120g of carbohydrates when mixed with 200ml of water.

Built with Maurten's Hydrogel Technology, the powder creates a consistency that is thicker than Drink Mix but looser than a traditional energy gel. Once it reaches the acidity of the stomach, it forms a hydrogel that encapsulates the carbohydrates and carries them through the stomach for absorption.

Gel Mix 480 contains no added flavour, preservatives or colour, allowing it to be consumed as-is or personalised with Maurten Additions. It is designed for use with the Gel Mix Flask 350ml, creating a compact fuelling system that fits into a running vest, waist belt or back pocket.

Ideal for endurance athletes who need greater fuelling flexibility and control, Gel Mix 480 can be prepared before training or racing and stored in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours.
