Maple syrup naturally provides a balanced glucose-to-fructose carbohydrate profile, helping deliver readily available fuel during longer training sessions and racing. Each 50g gel provides 35g of carbohydrates and 200mg of sodium, supporting both energy intake and electrolyte replacement while you're on the move.

Unlike thicker traditional gels, mapleROO uses a smooth, liquid consistency that's easy to consume during exercise. The recipes keep ingredients simple, with no preservatives, thickeners or artificial additives, while each batch is Informed Sport tested for added confidence.

Available in Salted Maple, Maple Raspberry and Maple Coffee flavours, there's an option for different fuelling preferences and training demands. Maple Coffee also contains 30mg of naturally derived caffeine from coffee for an additional option when you want caffeine during longer or higher-intensity efforts.
