Coros Pace 4 Pro GPS Sports Watch

1.47-Inch LTPO AMOLED Display

The PACE 4 Pro features a large 1.47-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a sharp 466 × 466 resolution, giving training data, maps and notifications plenty of space while remaining easy to read at a glance.

Peak brightness reaches up to 3,500 nits, helping maintain visibility in harsh outdoor light.

LTPO display technology dynamically adjusts the display refresh rate depending on what you're doing, providing smooth interaction while helping reduce unnecessary battery consumption.

Sapphire Glass + TC4 Titanium

The display is protected by edge-to-edge sapphire glass, while the bezel uses lightweight TC4 titanium alloy for additional durability without adding unnecessary weight.

A fibre-reinforced polymer body helps keep the watch remarkably light at just 43g with the nylon band or 51g with the silicone band.

At only 11.8mm thick, the PACE 4 Pro maintains the lightweight, low-profile feel runners expect from the PACE series while introducing a more premium construction.

Up to 60 Hours of GPS Battery

The PACE 4 Pro delivers up to 60 hours of All Systems GPS tracking, making it suitable for high-volume training weeks, long races and extended outdoor adventures.

Dual-frequency tracking provides up to 40 hours, while regular daily use including sleep and stress tracking can reach up to 21 days.

Even with the Always-On Display enabled, the PACE 4 Pro is designed to comfortably handle multiple days of training and everyday wear between charges.

Dual-Frequency GPS

The PACE 4 Pro uses an all-satellite, dual-frequency GNSS chipset with support for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou and QZSS.

Dual-frequency positioning helps reduce errors caused by satellite signals reflecting from tall buildings, steep terrain and surrounding obstacles.

This can provide more consistent pace, distance and route information when running through cities, forests or challenging environments where standard GPS tracking can struggle.

Advanced Offline Mapping & Navigation

With 32GB of internal storage, the PACE 4 Pro can store downloadable global landscape and topographic maps directly on the watch.

Routes can be created in the COROS app or imported from compatible services and synced to the watch, allowing you to navigate without relying on mobile reception.

Navigation features include:

• Turn-by-turn navigation
• Route deviation alerts
• Elevation information
• Checkpoints
• Hill Alerts
• Back to Start
• Route and trail information
• Touchscreen map interaction

Advanced Heart Rate Tracking

The PACE 4 Pro features COROS' latest-generation optical heart rate technology using a multi-channel PPG sensor.

Combined with the lightweight design and stable wrist fit, the sensor provides heart rate information across everyday running, harder sessions and longer training efforts.

The sensor suite also supports SpO2 monitoring, overnight HRV tracking and daily stress monitoring.

COROS EvoLab Training Insights

COROS EvoLab turns recorded workouts into useful training information by analysing your volume, intensity, fitness and performance over time.

Training metrics include:

• Training Load
• Recovery
• Base Fitness
• Fatigue
• VO2 Max
• Running Fitness
• Threshold zones
• Race predictions
• Effort Pace
• Workout intensity
• Training status

You can also create structured workouts, follow training plans and complete fitness assessments to keep training zones aligned with your current fitness.

Effort Pace

Effort Pace provides a more personalised view of running intensity than pace alone.

Instead of only considering how fast you're moving, Effort Pace is designed to better represent the effort required during a run when gradients, terrain and other conditions affect your speed.

Race Planning & Pace Strategy

For runners targeting a specific race time, COROS provides tools designed to turn a goal into a practical pacing strategy.

Pace Strategy can help break a target finish time into a structured race plan, while Virtual Pacer allows you to monitor your progress against a selected target during your run.

Target-based runs can be configured around distance, time or pace for:

• 5K
• 10K
• Half Marathon
• Marathon
• Custom distances

Multisport Training

While running sits at the heart of the PACE series, the PACE 4 Pro supports an extensive range of sports and activities.

Activity modes include:

• Road Running
• Track Running
• Trail Running
• Treadmill Running
• Walking
• Hiking
• Cycling
• Indoor Cycling
• Pool Swimming
• Open Water Swimming
• Triathlon
• Multisport
• Strength Training
• Indoor Training

Triathlon mode manages swim, bike, run and transitions within a single activity, while Multisport mode allows different activity types to be combined into one training session.

External Sensor Connectivity

Bluetooth connectivity allows the PACE 4 Pro to work with compatible external training sensors including:

• Heart rate monitors
• Cycling power meters
• Cadence sensors
• Speed sensors
• COROS POD 2

Voice Control

A built-in speaker and noise-reducing microphone bring voice functionality directly to your wrist.

Voice Control allows selected commands and watch functions to be accessed without navigating through multiple menus, making it easier to interact with the PACE 4 Pro while you're moving.

Voice Notes & Voice Pins

Voice Notes allow you to quickly record observations during an activity without reaching for your phone.

Record how you're feeling, terrain conditions, nutrition strategies or other training observations while they're still fresh.

Voice Pins can also associate a voice note with a specific location during an activity, allowing you to revisit important points afterwards.

Music Storage

The PACE 4 Pro includes 32GB of onboard storage, which can be used for both mapping data and locally stored music.

Compatible MP3 files can be transferred to the watch and played through Bluetooth headphones, allowing you to train without carrying your phone.

When connected to your smartphone, media controls also allow compatible audio playback to be controlled directly from the watch.

Sleep & Recovery Tracking

The PACE 4 Pro continues collecting useful information after your training session finishes.

Daily and recovery monitoring includes:

• Sleep tracking
• Nap tracking
• Overnight HRV
• Resting heart rate
• Daily Stress
• SpO2
• Recovery status

Together, these metrics help provide a broader picture of how your body is responding to training, recovery and everyday life.

Dedicated Action Button

Alongside COROS' familiar Digital Dial and Back/Lap button, the PACE 4 Pro introduces a dedicated Action Button.

During training, the button provides faster access to commonly used functions including activity information and maps.

Physical controls also remain particularly useful during harder sessions, wet conditions or situations where touchscreen interaction is less practical.
