The NOVABLASTâ„¢ 5 NATURE BATHING TR running shoe is a lightweight, bouncy, energised trainer for uptempo paces, light intervals and short distances on race day.
This shoe features a midsole and outsole geometry that helps produce an energised ride. This colourway is inspired by 1980s track suits and running shoes. This colourway draws inspiration from tropical seaside landscape elements, like waves, driftwood, rocks, and seashells.
The trampoline outsole geometry is updated, for a more energetic toe off and improved grip.
FF BLASTâ„¢ MAX cushioning helps create softer landings and a more energised toe-off during your training.
A tongue wing construction in the upper helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. It's complemented with an engineered jacquard mesh upper that offers more stretch and ventilation.
Lastly, AHARâ„¢ LO outsole rubber helps create better traction, improved softness, and advanced durability on various running surfaces.

As is industry, standard in Australia, all footwear – Men’s, Women’s and Kids sizes – are listed as US size.
