A day hiker designed with responsible manufacturing in mind, the Anacapa Low GTX is a low-profile take on the Anacapa Mid GTX. Engineered from lightweight leather certified by the Leather Working Group, the versatile silhouette employs recycled polyester in the collar, mesh and laces. This innovative style applies signature HOKA extended-heel geometry designed for a smooth ride on the trails.
The Anacapa Low GTX features:
- GORE-TEX footwear fabric - PFC-Free, made using recycled textile to keep your feet dry and warm
- Extended heel geometry - designed for a softer impact and smoother heel-to-toe transitions
- Vibram® Megagrip outsole - sticky rubber that enhances traction on uphill and downhill terrain, helped by 5mm lugs
- Quick lace hook - for ease when slipping your shoes on and off, and adjusting them on the trail
- Gusseted tongue - for all-day comfort and a higher performance fit
- Molded PU sockliner, derived from 50% soybean oil - shapes itself perfectly to your foot, generating instep comfort while keeping your feet warm in extremely cold conditions, and absorbing moisture from your feet
- Compression molded EVA foam midsole - a lightweight protective cushioning that provides a balanced, comfortable stride
- Late stage Meta-Rocker - provides a more stable base of support for your forefoot
- Gold-rated waterproof nubuck leather - certified by the Leather Working Group as sustainable material

Sizing
As is industry, standard in Australia, all footwear – Men’s, Women’s and Kids sizes – are listed as US size.
If you are unsure of your US size or require assistance selecting the correct size, please contact the store via phone, email (online@therunningcompany.com.au) or the store’s social media (Instagram or Facebook) you are wanting to purchase from.
We will not refund for change of mind / mistaken size so please choose carefully if you do want a refund.
For all internet-based / phone orders we completely understand if you are hesitant between 1 or 2 sizes, e.g. 9 or 9.5.
Sizes shown for Unisex shoes are in Men’s US, Women’s equivalent is 1.5 larger e.g Men’s US 8 equals Women’s US 9.5.
