The NOVABLASTâ„¢ 5 running shoe is a lightweight, bouncy, energised trainer for uptempo paces, light intervals and short distances on race day. This shoe features a midsole and outsole geometry that helps produce an energised ride.
The trampoline outsole geometry is updated, for a more energetic toe-off and improved grip.
FF BLASTâ„¢ MAX cushioning helps create softer landings and a more energised toe-off during your training.
The upper's tongue wing construction helps improve the fit while reducing tongue movement. It's complemented by an engineered jacquard mesh upper that offers more stretch and ventilation.

Sizing
As is industry, standard in Australia, all footwear – Men’s, Women’s and Kids sizes – are listed as US size.
