Foam Wave provides enhanced stability through the dual-layer wave construction without sacrificing comfort and softness underfoot. Constructed with a full MIZUNO ENERZY midsole, with the dual density design in the rearfoot providing greater support.
A full MIZUNO ENERZY midsole creates a great balance of cushioning, energy return and durability for short to middle distance trail runs and walks.
Vibram Megagrip outsole greatly improves traction and durability in wet and dry conditions.
A soft yet durable Woven upper hugs the foot securely for superior comfort and stability on off-road terrain.
Hardened EVA Rock Plate in the forefoot offers increased protection from harsh terrain.

Sizing
As is industry, standard in Australia, all footwear – Men’s, Women’s and Kids sizes – are listed as US size.
