Cross Country. heart and soul. singlets and snow. a capsule collection in honour of the piss and vinegar necessary to toe the line on a muddy morning in a cold field after a long bus ride. an ode to individuals pushed harder by a team of brothers, sisters, friends, and family. run with x. this is cross country.
when we launched the original FSTCap back in spring 2015 it was an immediate success. a smaller size than our GOCap with a lower profile as well and a cycling inspired brim were a winning combination.
For 2024 we've fine-tuned the fit and the patterning by taking some inspiration from our RDCap.

Sizing
As is industry, standard in Australia, all footwear – Men’s, Women’s and Kids sizes – are listed as US size.
If you are unsure of your US size or require assistance selecting the correct size, please contact the store via phone, email (online@therunningcompany.com.au) or the store’s social media (Instagram or Facebook) you are wanting to purchase from.Â
We will not refund for change of mind / mistaken size so please choose carefully if you do want a refund.
For all internet-based / phone orders we completely understand if you are hesitant between 1 or 2 sizes, e.g. 9 or 9.5.Â
Sizes shown for Unisex shoes are in Men’s US, Women’s equivalent is 1.5 larger e.g Men’s US 8 equals Women’s US 9.5.
If in this instance you purchase 2 pairs of the same shoe in the same model and style in 2 different sizes, you are more than welcome to return the other pair that does not fit for an exchange or refund to ensure that you get the right fit – each and every time!Â
